Refresh ‘09 a Hit!

Vivid Learning Systems & Imageworks are happy to announce that Refresh ‘09 was a massive hit.  What was the miss? That would be the weather.  Storms were looming in the background, but at the last moment the daunting clouds sidestepped the event venue, allowing for perfect weather on a perfect night.

This year’s winner is Safe Harbor Crisis Nursery, with Richland Public Library and Camp Patriot taking first and second runner up, respectively.

“… This website is going to open so many doors for Safe Harbor and is really going to make a difference for the children in our community. I just cannot say thank you enough. Imageworks’ employees are amazing and so was the entire Refresh event.”

“I’m very lucky to have met all of them and I hope we all have a great time working together in the next few months building this amazing website!” Chelsi Stockton, Safe Harbor Crisis Nursery.

“The reward of working with Vivid Learning Systems was twofold.  First, we were thrilled to receive an award from them, which we will use to help us share information with the community about library services.  Second, the opportunity to meet with others in both the service and arts communities was wonderful.” Ann Roseberry, Richland Public Library.

“THANK YOU Imageworks for allowing Camp Patriot to enter your very generous Refresh ‘09 campaign.  Camp Patriot was, as Micah said, delighted to win the Second Runner up and will put the award to great use in helping reach more disabled veterans of the US Military.  You generosity to the community is truly commendable.”

Micah Clark, Pat Kenny, Dave Courson, Bill Clark, Camp Patriot, Board of Directors.

“It was an honor to be a part of Imageworks’ Refresh ‘09 event and to see firsthand, the deserving companies chosen this year. As Imageworks’ Refresh ‘08 winner, I know the amazing impact that a new website had for us at the YMCA. In just the first two months, our web traffic increased measurably, we were able to launch a new email newsletter, and our sports director was able to revamp the way she communicates with our hundreds of volunteer coaches. On top of all that, with Imageworks’ generosity, we were able to serve additional families right here in our community, by not having to spend that $5,000 on website design services”. Michelle Rankin, representing YMCA of the Greater Tri-Cities.
